For the past year, RocHealthData has been providing local data on flu and RSV infections, thanks to the work of the Emerging Infections Program (EIP) at the Center for Community Health & Prevention and our colleagues at CARES. These weekly reports have been updated to now include information on COVID-19 cases in Monroe County, including hospitalization and death rates by age groups. Updated every Monday, this report will be available throughout the respiratory illness season.

Learn more about how these data, collected and managed by the EIP, are used by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention to monitor respiratory pathogens nationally.
