This season’s Respiratory Illness Surveillance Dashboard is now live, highlighting the work of the Emerging Infections Program (EIP) at the Center for Community Health & Prevention and our colleagues at CARES. The new dashboard contains information on Influenza, RSV, and COVID-19 across the region. The report is updated each Monday and will be available on the RocHealthData homepage throughout the respiratory illness season (through April 2027).
An additional element available this year is the comparison to last season’s number of cases, overall and by illness for the seven county region (Monroe, Orleans, Wayne, Genesee, Livingston, Ontario, and Yates).

Learn more about how these data, collected and managed by the EIP, are used by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention to monitor respiratory pathogens nationally.
