The current season’s Respiratory Illness Surveillance Dashboard is now available. Previous seasons’ information included Monroe County only. We now include county-level data for the six surrounding counties (Orleans, Wayne, Genesee, Livingston, Ontario, and Yates).
We are pleased to share the work of the Emerging Infections Program (EIP) at the Center for Community Health & Prevention and our colleagues at CARES. The dashboard contains information on Influenza, RSV, and COVID-19 across the seven-county area, including hospitalization rates by age group. Updated every Monday, this report will be available on the RocHealthData homepage throughout the respiratory illness season (through April 2026).
You may access the full report here. The three prior years’ reports are also available (for Monroe County only), and may be accessed by the drop-down menu at the top left of the page.
Learn more about how these data, collected and managed by the EIP, are used by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention to monitor respiratory pathogens nationally.
