RocHealthData is pleased to partner with Common Ground Health and Rochester RHIO (Regional Health Information Organization) to provide recently available (2019 and 2020) community health data.
Highlights from the 13-county Finger Lakes region data for 2020, including information by race and by ethnicity, can be found here. These data are percentages and include blood pressure and diabetes control, obesity (adult and pediatric), and smoking.

These data releases (available at RocHealthData since 2017) now include data by race and by ethnicity for the region. These measures are summarized from more than one million patient observations per year, and are securely stored by the Rochester RHIO, the region’s health information exchange. At no time is personally identifiable information made available to any research or data teams.
The complete Community Indicators datasets for 2019 and 2020 are freely available for download to members of RocHealthData. Data by race and by ethnicity are available for the overall region and for Monroe County; all other data are summarized by county, age, and sex, and include additional clinical measures of obesity, smoking, blood pressure, and diabetes.
