Vaccination Rates by Census Tract

RocHealthData is pleased to share COVID-19 vaccination rates (now including children less than 5) by census tract for both the City of Rochester and Monroe County.

Click the button below to view the interactive map, which also contains other census-tract level data. These include the Social Vulnerability Index, developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, to describe tracts on a variety of social conditions, including high poverty, low percentage of vehicle access and crowded households.

About the Data

These data are from the New York State Immunization Information System (NYSIIS), and are made available through the collaborative efforts of the Rochester RHIO, the University of Rochester Medical Center, Common Ground Health, the Center for Community Health & Prevention (CCHP), and the RocHealthData team.

Vaccination rates across the 9-county region are available at the CCHP website, under the “COVID-19 Vaccine Information” tab at the top of the home page. That information currently includes rates by county and zip code, as well as by race and ethnicity.
